Hello dear candidate,

Hope you are doing well,

First of all, government is giving dental college admission in concessions to a student to join, if you are choosing and finish the course it's fine but if you wish to leave in middle before finishing than government is going to suffers huge loss both in terms of money and the vacancy may not be filled up so easily so internship service will be affected too,
so the student has to chose only his preferred course rather jumping to other courses especially in government institutions as its misusing government scheme.
If you still want to leave than he has to pay for full term college fees before jumping to other course.
Fees is paid annually.
Depends how early the transfer takes place & what are the college policies, you might b lucky enough to get a part refund too.

Hope this would help you,

Thank you.
