When you move to second round then you might not be getting the same college.

There will be two cases:

1)you will get a college listed in as per higher priority better than previous college

2)you might get different branch in the same college.

3)or you might get the same college if the seats in other better colleges is not vacant

As you Are going for second round of counselling of upsee therefore college alloted to you in the first round may not be given to you in the next round because in each rounds different colleges are alloted to students.
