Hello there,
Yes practicing from all these can help you in clearing the jee mains. Such as ncert, ncert exemplars, coaching classes and previous years question papers should be definitely practiced regularly and ask the concepts should be clear so that you know the topics very well.

Dear aspirant,

Hope you are doing well. As per your query yes you should swear by NCERT Books as the questions in these type of exams comes from the topics which are included in NCERT books. But you will also be needing atleast 1 supportive book for each subject to understand the topic and query in depth. Then only you be able to score very good in JEE MAINS. Hope you find this helpful.
