if some one just does ncert of pcm properly, and uses exemplar for maths then what rank can he get in jee mains without coaching and by deeply going through ncert.

By only limiting preparation to JEE, yet if done seriously, you may just be able to clear the JEE Main Cut, or in simpler terms secure just above 90-93 Percentile.
