Dear, 
Question paper of NEET is made by CBSE so they mostly prefer NCERT books. If you study chapter wise from NCERT bio book and practice the questions you will be able to solve atleast 50+ questions in biology easily. That will turn out be 200 marks. But in this era of competition you should not aim to get whats minimum. What will just get you the seat. Why take a risk ,when you can always be well prepared.
Make a timetable and work according to it.
Refer to books other than NCERT for more knowledge. There are many authors whos books are famous for students interested in cracking NEET.
Focus on chemistry and physics also. They also have a good amount of weightage.
