Hello,
Yes there is 75-80% chances that you will get CSE in HBTU after scoring 180+ marks in jee mains 2018 according to the previous year's cutoff trends.It's a very reputed college with very good placement records from many years.You can get to know detailed cutoff trend after clicking the below given link :
