Hi Rahul,
At this rank, it would be difficult for you to get any branch in HBTU Kanpur. You won't get any decent NIT with that rank. I would suggest you to apply for private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank. Below is the link for the list of private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank.
