There is not any criteria for writing the JEE mains examination but with this percentage you can't be able to take admission in any good colleges as well it will also create problem during your placement also. So better try to give the improvement examination such that you may improve your 12th percentage.

Yes, you are eligible for JEE main but you can't take admission in IIT.
