Yes there are many colleges which you can get within your marks range in bihar.
1.Maulana Azad College of Engineering and Technology(MACET).
2.RP Sharma Institute of Technology.
3.Amity University.
4.Birla Institute of Technology.
5.Netaji Subhash Chandra Institute of Technology.
These colleges are all located in Patna, Bihar. You can surely get into one of these colleges. But cutoffs for different engineering streams are different. Please keep that in mind. Good wishes!
