Firstly, when you apply for counselling, there you have to fill a list according to your preference. Hence, whe you get offers, the AI of the system offers you according to your priority list. So, when you get some colleges and the system shows you the one that is on top according to the preference list you filled. Hence, if you retain and move to the next round, you`ll get an offer only when i tis from a college that you`ve given higher preference. So, either you get the one you got in first step or you get the one from subsequent steps only when they are higher on your preference list. So, you need to be very careful while making the preference wise list at the first place.
