COMEDK is an entrance exam for non-karnatakans through which several students get admission to different undergraduate courses in various colleges in Bangalore.
Comedk is an online exam consisting of three sections Physics, Chemistry and Math each section contains 60 questions of 1 mark each and there is no negative marking.
Now coming to your question,
You have asked that wether you will be allowed to select different colleges in further rounds of counselling or not.
Answer is yes, you are allowed to choose other college in further rounds of Counselling.
Suppose you want to get CS in Ramaiah Institute of Technology, but unfortunately you get Civil or Mechanical branch there in first round of Counselling. But there may be chances of getting a seat in CS in second round of counselling, then you can get the seat in CS branch in second round.

Don't worry you have full freedom to sit in further rounds of counselling.

Once you select or accept the seat at the venue in the counseling process, that seat will be blocked and you will be given the allotment letter then and there only . Thus you can participate in the second round even if you have not selected any seat.
