I would suggest to join in pass course .... Because that will not pressurize you in neet study.... But it depends on you.... So sincerely chose what to do

If you have decided to take one year drop after class 12 for preparing for Neet the now would suggest you to just concentrate on Neet exam.

Neet is one of the most competitive tough exam of India for getting admitted in in medical colleges for undergraduate programs. 

If you study hard for 1 years then I think you surely qualify Neet exams with good marks only you do is to focus on your exam and just work hard.

If you want to take a drop for the preparation of NEET exam.So,according to me you should not take admission in other college for this year. Instead you should focus on your preparation.Also you can take admission in any coaching Institute for the preparation of NEET.But,still if you want take admission in college you can. But it may affect you study for the preparation.
