Yes. When you withdraw your admission, you'll get a refund of your fee. But this refund won't be generated immediately. This process takes time. As per my experience, the refund is generally transferred after 1 to 2 months of the admission. Sometimes, if refund isn't received by the student, he or she can contact the respected college from where the admission was withdrawn.
