You can choose any 3 language from given 3 clusters. if you have opted for cluster 1 i.e. french, german, spanish and russian then you will get from them.  you can choose 1-3 language option from a cluster.

2nd cluster has language offers :- Chinese, Korean and Japanese and 2rd cluster has language offers:- Arabic, persian and Pashto

Assignment of language option depends on your entrance exam score and trending option. High demand option gets filled first and students having high score gets it easily.
