As you have secured 583 open pwd rank then your jee mains CRL rank must be around 250000.

So you can't get your preferred colleges even in csab counselling. There is no chance that you can get cse or ece or any other branch in nit trichy or nit Warangal. But you can get cse and ece branch in nit andhra pradesh, as well as you can get ece in vnit nagpur in csab special round counselling .

You can also get civil engineering in nit puducherry.

So, as you can see you cannot get ece or cse in nit trichy or nit warangal. But you can get ece and other branches in vnit nagpur or nit andhra pradesh in csab special round counselling as per seeing last year cutoffs.
