If you are getting around 520 or more, then you stand a good chance of getting government medical college through state quota. 

Government medical colleges have less fees and are very affordable. 

If you score 600 and above,  you can get top colleges which charge even lesser fees.

Private colleges are costlier, amounting to 7 lakh to 20 lakh per year
