NEET is a national level exam so cancellation of NEET exam is highly difficult. Regarding the admission if NEET is cancelled such case has never occurred so it is difficult to say what will be the process of admissions. It all depends on the college administration and the board of college. They can keep their own entrance exams for admissions its up to them.
