To be eligible for NEET, 50% aggregate in PCB are required for general candidate so if you haven't got this much then you are ineligible to appear in any medical entrance whether its NEET, AIIMS & JIPMER.

Better to apply for improvement and avoid taking admission in any open board as it will make you ineligible to appear in NEET.
