Below is the eligibility criteria regarding 12th board exam marks for NEET 2018:
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)

To be eligible for NEET 2018, candidate must have got UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects) so if you have got this much then you are eligible to apply as the application window is open till 9th March.
