In dentistry. you can get all the Class A jobs in govt. Or private hospitals. Dentists are in good demand in the the country and the scope is ever increasing with more health awareness and prosperity in India.
On the other hand physio therapy will also get you the prefix Dr. But the status will be of a para medic in ordinary circumstances. Be it government or private establishments your salary , post etc will never be equal to a doctor or a dentist.
But also demands attention if the high profile physiotherapists who make good money in gyms and with sports teams . these are people who would be extremely hard working , lucky and smart , all at once.
So make your choice carefully.

this course is in demand because the daily lifestyle of people lead to stiffness, shoulder aches, backaches ,arthritis . This brings physiotherapist in main lead. Physiotherapist can opt for job in Nursing Homes, Hospitals, private offices like clinics ,fitness centers , rehabilitation centers etc.  Bsc in physiotherapy is far better than any other medical domain. After completion of your course you'll get many job opportunities. Scopes are high in this field. you can work as physiotherapist in any renowned medical  company. According to you your score in NEET was not satisfying. But I must tell you, you need not to worry. Because physiotherapy is a very good option to study forward.
