Once you fill the Delhi University admission form from the portal then there is no other requirement for any other form. When the colleges release cut off list, all you have to do is check the list and see where you can get the admission and then get the form of that particular college on the day of admission. After that all the documents need to be submitted alongwith this form of the college.
