Yes you can change college as per your preference. This is what actually many students do. Firstly, they take admission just to secure a seat in DU. Then as further cut offs are released, they change their colleges as per their preferences.

But for changing colleges, you need to withdrawal the admission from the previous college and then follow the same procedure of admission for the new college as well that includes form filling and documents verification. Also, you can't take admission in multiple colleges at the same time.
