You can fill both the application form if you wish to. If you want to take admission into BTech course through duet examination then you need to fill that form and if you want to get admission based on your 12th aggregate (eg- BSc) then you can fill form for Du. You can fill both the form if you desire

Don't worry, you can fill up more than one courses in DU. If you've applied for B.Tech in DUET form, then you can also apply for B.Sc. or any other course in DU.

There's is nothing like that and you can fill both of them if you wish.If you have filled DUET form for pursuing engineering want to fill DU application for B.Sc or any course as backup then there is absolutely no issue in that.You can apply in various courses and colleges based in your interest.
