if we get 260+ marks in neet then do we get a chance for getting a seat in private medical colleges for mbbs, bds or bams

Hi, 

260 is bit less for a govt college. As far as private college is concerned most of the colleges give admission once you clear the cut off. We can't say anything much about the cut off right. But post result declaration check your rank and then you can know as in which field you will get a seat. Because it depends on your ranking. For now we can only wait for results.
