Ifseat allotted in second round neet counselling now i cannot withdraw from that seat, then how will I participate in aiims all counselling

Hey Ritik !
In case you have been alloted a seat in a college in Round 2 of NEET Counselling, and you do wish to participate in further rounds of subsequent Counselling procedures of AIIMS, you can withdraw yourself from the process of NEET Counselling but this would lead to non refund of the security money which you paid to NEET.

But it is mentioned on neet website that candidates once joined in neet 2nd round will not be allowed to leave the seat.
