I am allotted seat in 15% quota first round of NEET and AIIMS and joined AIIMS am i required to report the college allotted through NEET.

If you have accepted the allotted institute of AIIMS and done all the admission formalities there and don't want to continue with NEET UG counselling 15% AIQ, then you don't have to report to allotted college by NEET as there is a free exit option and after all the counselling rounds, you can get your refund amount too.
