In my opinion, you must opt for IIIT Jabalpur over IIIT Sonepat. IIIT Jabalpur was established in 2004 whereas IIIT Sonepat was established recently in 2015. Also, the NIRF ranking of jabalpur is 80 whereas that of sonepat is nil . The average package of sonepat is 8 lpa whereas that of jabalpur is 10 lpa. Jabalpur has better infrastructure facilities with medical facilities, wifi, cafeteria, gym etc which IIIT Sonepat don't have.

Both the colleges are good, but according to me you should go for IIIT Jabalpur as it has more opportunities and exposure. But, choose according to your circumstances.

You have not mention for which degree you want a comparison. But to answer your question IIIT SONEPAT is a better IIIT JABALPUR in terms of placement , infrastructure and teaching facility. So if you want to take admission then you can choose IIITSONEPAT.
