IILM is a good choice if you are getting admission into affiliated colleges of IPU instead of the main campus, affiliated colleges of IPU such as MERI has very less placements for MBA and is not at all worth.

Highest placement at USMS is 7.5Lpa whereas in IILM is more and almost 100% placement. So IILM overall is a better choice.
