Hey Piyush,

According to your query,

Both IITs are good. Frankly speaking then Indore is good in terms of studies and academics culture and also IIT Indore is one of the top colleges in India so you should opt for IIT, Indore in electrical branch.

Hope you find it useful.

Best of luck for your future.

Thank you.

Hello,
Well, IIT Indore is doing great. I know so because my friend got that college in his first round of JoSAA counselling. In terms of infra, IIT BHU is still ahead of IIT Indore. The machines, etc are old in the old departments such as mechanical, etc. However, departments like CSE and Mathematics have brand new buildings, computers, etc.
Plus, the inevitable abvantage of a greater alumni base. Marginally better job scenario in core branches. And ya, faculty is also average enough, just like any other old IIT.
Hence, one should still prefer IIT BHU over IITI.
I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.
