Candidates who desire to apply for the course must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• A bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) from a recognised university is required.
• A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC applicants) at the graduate level.
• Candidates who are awaiting the results of their graduation-level examinations are also able to apply on a provisional basis.
• There is no upper age limit for taking this course.
