Yes, you can. There is no upper age limit  for appearing in NEET and as long as you have scored the minimum aggregate in 10+2 wih Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your core subjects against your Category, you are eligible to appear in NEET. You will have to select a different Qualification code. That is it. But you are eligible to appear for NEET.
