i'm a jee main candidate. i was not eligible in josaa counselling rounds. can i participate in csab counselling?

The candidates who were not allotted in JoSAA counselling but have valid JEE Main scores, Only those students can apply for CSAB counselling. You can check the further detail with the given below link.
