Hello,
Yes, candidates who have passed 10+2 outside Uttar Pradesh and and whose parents doesn't hold domicile of UP are also eligible to apply for UPSEE and subjected to eligibility criteria.20% of seats in all courses in institutes affiliated to AKTU are for those who doesn't belong to UP and haven't studied their 10+2 in UP .The admission is based on merit in UPSEE 2020.
So yes, you are eligible to apply for it.
