See if you are in NIT then you can get a later entry admission directly in the 2nd year abroad. If you complete your Bachelors and want to do masters abroad then you can get some exposure for it but its not applicable for your UG admission.

If you wish to get admission in UG then you have to appear for International entrances and apply for the course abroad. This way you have to cancel your admission in NIT and then have to take admission in the 1st year of the course.
