If you will change the subject you will face a deduction in your overall top 4 subjects by around 2.5% to 5% as it all depends on the college you choose so I can't comment on it because every college have its own criteria however it can vary around this margin only.

For normal colleges you may change.
You will face difficulty in coping with the subjects if you did not have economics/maths/entrepreneurship in your 12th.
With this percentage it is very difficult to get admission in DU as the percentage shoot upto 90%
