Hello student,
As far as the guidelines are considered, you are not eligible to apply for TNEA counseling. Tamilnadu should be your native state. Else, you should have studied in TN board from class 8th to 12. If you don't meet any of the criteria then you should have a pass on 10+2 or an equivalent exam with minimum 50% aggregate in pcm.
