As for your question, it is totally possible to do MSc in Biotechnology while doing D Pharma. However, doing both simultaneously may depend on the specific requirements and workload of the programs you are interested in. It is  best to check with the universities or colleges offering the MSc program to see if they allow concurrent enrollment and if they offer flexible scheduling options, But yes again  it is possible to do it together.
