As you are expecting 220 marks in NEET and your state of domicile is Chennai only. At this marks there is a possibility that you might get admission into  a BDS college.

According to the previous year cut off list the lowest marks at which last seat were given under 85% state quota.

Adhiparasakthi Dental College and Hospital, Melmaruvathur - 209 marks

Karpaga Vinayaka Institute of Dental Sciences, Kancheepuram- 198 marks

Madha Dental College and Hospital, Chennai - 197 marks

Priyadharshini Dental College and Hospital, Thiruvallur- 195 marks

Tagore Dental College and Hospital, Chennai- 195 marks

These are colleges under government quota marks . as this was on the basis of previous year cutoff but this year the cutoff go high as every year cutoff increases by 15 to 20 marks. But still there are chances in these colleges of you to get admission in dental college.

Your marks are very low to say anything. Although there might be a possibility that your SC category will help you to get a seat in any private or self financing college but will it be of Karnataka or Tamil Nadu that i can't  assure you.
