For all india counseling you need to provide central caste certificate for getting profit of reservation seat. You may get same from where you get your state caste certificate. Just different format is there for central and also there is list of caste which comes under centeral so if your caste comes under centeral list then only you will get central caste certificate.

State caste certificate can be used for taking admission in the state counseling.

For AIQ counseling you must need central caste certificate of your sc category.
