Dear though you have not mentioned you category but nevertheless seeing the expected cut off marks sorry to say you have less probability of getting admission in centac 2019 MBBS.The cut off marks last year was above 440 for the general category and for OBC it was around 390+.

I would recommend you to see for other courses or drop a year and prepare hard for next chnace.
