I am sorry to tell you but 300 marks is very low marks in neet even for sc category if you want to get a seat in Government Medical Colleges .
With this much marks you will not get any government medical college.
For getting a seat in decent  Government Medical College,  a student of sc category needs to score between 450 to 500 at least.
So, you can think of taking a drop and preparing again for next year's neet.

Here is a list of all government medical colleges in Karnataka and tneir respective cut off ranks as well as marks for admisison under the State quota for the SC category. Hence considering this, scoring above 320 atleast will be a safer score. The paper was a little easy thisyear so you can exepect an even higher cut off.
