It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors. As you mention with 416 marks in neet as you not share your category you have low chance to get seat in government in MBBS and BDS. You can try for government BAMS and BHMS or you can try in private college
