I'm getting 426 marks in 2019 with Sc category rank 5302 with Uttar Pradesh domicile .is there any chance I got MBBS in govt clge???

Through state quota seats in Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur, an SC category student got admission on 426 score. The cut off is old and would not be feasible for admission this year. Cut off changes on seat matrix, the number of candidates and paper level.
