  First of All, Congratulations for your marks. You didn't mention your category in the question.So lets assume you fall under under the unreserved category and list out the options of you getting a call from IITs and PSUs.

    There are many PSUs which shortlists candidates based on their GATE score and also a major weightage is given to the score in their selection process.Here are some PSUs and their cut off marks:

1.HPCL-58.6 in 2018,62.3 in 2017.

2.BARC-73.6 in 2018,67 in 2017.

3.ONGC-797 in 2018(score), 801 in 2017.

4.NTPC-62.84 in 2017,66.69 in 2016. 

5.PGCIL-64.72 in 2016.

6.NLC-66.06 in 2017.

7.IOCL-54 in 2016.

There are less chances of getting PSU in open catogery but if you have a reservation you can get the PSU easily but you can hope for a good IIT seat with your score , in the open catogery only so all the best for your future

Considering your marks and that you are an open category aspirant, you have a very good chance of getting admission in the top IITs like Bombay, Delhi, etc . You also have a very good chance of getting interview opportunities in PSUs that recruit by GATE.

You will have more chances of getting into iits  rather than PSU but if you have any reservation catogery you will have more chances of getting into PSU but  in open catogery you will have less chances
