Hello sir I'm getting 65.68 in gate19 (EE). From OBC category, is there any chance of getting IIT or PSU?

As per your question, the marks that u scored in GATE I.e.,65.68.u do have the less chances to get seat in IIT or PSU.based on your percentile I.e., OBC,it's very difficult for u to get seat in it.
