Indeed this year the paper was easy and accordingly the cut offs will be high. Since you are from a reserved category you may get admission into RGNLU,  CNLU Patna,  NLU Assam, TNLU,  NLU Ranchi,  NLU Vizag. You may get RGNLU and CNLU in later half of the counseling or even in vacancy and in other mentioned NLUs you have a very good chance.  You can also check the cut offs for the year 2016 because in 2016 also the cut offs went very high and this year the pattern will be the same as was in 2016.

I'm sorry! It's quite difficult to say whether you get admission in NLUs or not because this year due to easy paper High cutoff is expected . But you might able to get admission in one of the NLUs. 

Cutoff of SC category is lesser than the general category candidate and  that's your advantage. Taking consideration of past year trends you have chance.
