Sunil if you are not able to clear the individual cut-off of each subject like as you mentioned that you are getting only 4 marks in the JEE Advanced exam while to be eligible for in IIST counselling you need to get 5 marks then I am sorry to say that you cannot proceed  further even if your total is more than the cut-off marks for admission in IIST.

You will need to look for admission in some other college either through JEE Advanced examination or JEE Mains exam by sitting in JoSAA counselling or applying in the private colleges separately.
