See all the three specialization you have mentioned, have very good career ahead. Now If you have to choose, I would recommend you to go either for Finance or HR. In the Finance sector, the management positions are quite elaborate and the career growth is much better compared to other specialization. If you wish to go abroad, then Finance can be the best choice for you. The field is continuously evolving and the requirement of good Financial Managers are in demand.

If you wish to go for the HR, then also you can go for it. HR positions are one of the sweetest job profiles where you have to work with the living assets of the companies i.e., the employees. So having a good HR manager in a company is a great requirement for most of the companies. The HR Managing roles have a comparatively slower growth rate, although the course will be great.

I would not recommend you to go for the Marketing, because Marketing profiles at the end of the day are target based, and many candidates get there mind fizzy in the beginning. Also, the growth is only dependent on the performance and the performance is only observed through the sales and marketing figures. So it can be a highly competitive field and if you can't be a cut throat, then you will not be able to do well in this field.
