You need not to worry for this issue. As KLEE for 5 year LLB program is going to conducted in mid-June and centres of KLEE are only in Kerala but now due to exceptional circumstances so many exam conducting boards have provided the facility to choose their examination centre in their own district.

As transport services are being resumed gradually so now you can travel from one state to another but in case of Delhi, borders have been sealed so the examination authority would take some decision for candidates like you also.
