Hello Kiran ,welcome to careers360
You can definitely give NEET while being in MBBS but if you want to change your college you have to start a fresh from first proff. Only you can not continue your studies in another college

Hi Kiran,
If you are already in a medical college, you must have submitted your documents (certificates, mark sheets etc) in the college at the time of admission. You can surely appear for NEET again, but if you get admission in a better college of your choice this time, you have to start afresh. There won't be any direct transfer to second semester, that is, you have to start from first semester.
Besides, at the time of admission itself, medical colleges make you sign a bond by virtue of which you have to pay a certain amount of money ( which is in lacs in many colleges) to leave the college and get your certificates out to join a new college.
Make sure you are prepared with all that before taking this step.
Wish you good luck!
